• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
• Lead and guide the sales team to achieve store targets
• Ensure products are well-stocked and visually displayed
• Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle concerns
• Maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness standards
• Help train and motivate team members

• At least 1 year of retail or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
