Position

Overview of Role
The Returns Operative is responsible for physical receipt of returned equipment and updating receipt onto database. Ensuring all returned equipment meets returns criteria.
Main Responsibilities are not limited to but will include:
  • Unloading and Receiving totes/ packages from Courier.
  • Unpacking and receipting returned equipment on database system. Including Insurance repairs and An post repairs/ returns.
  • Carry out checks to ensure all returns units meet company/ manufacturer returns policy.
  • Responding to CRM task assigned to Returns department.
  • Participate in daily and month end stock counts.
  • Batching and returning of confirmed faulty equipment to manufacturers.
  • Batching and returning of returned stock identified for sale.
  • Provide weekly & monthly reporting to Key customer.
  • Assist when necessary, in other returns areas.
  • Despatching equipment directly back to other locations as required.
  • General duties will include assisting in returns area maintenance to ensure a clean and healthy environment.

Requirements

Key Competencies:
  • Receipt, batch creation and internal warehouse transfer of new returned stock.
  • Preparation of batches of product for return to manufacturers.
  • Processing of credits for New/ new quibble returns.
  • Liaise and communicate with all areas of business re product recalls and returns
  • Generate required weekly/ monthly and adhoc reports
