The Remote Roofing Project Coordinator will join our operations team, this entry-level position supports project managers, field crews, and clients through efficient communication, scheduling, and documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment where coordination and accuracy are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a central communication point between clients, roofing crews, suppliers, and management.
• Schedule roofing inspections, installations, and repairs in coordination with field teams.
• Track the progress of ongoing roofing projects and update internal project logs.
• Prepare project documentation such as work orders, material lists, and job completion reports.
• Maintain accurate records of permits, photos, and project-related correspondence.
• Assist with creating and sending quotes, invoices, and follow-up communications to clients.
• Monitor inventory and material orders to ensure timely delivery to job sites.
• Support the sales and operations teams by gathering project details and verifying customer data.
• Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction and resolve minor concerns.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Previous administrative, customer service, or coordination experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour
