Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Roofing Project Manager / Estimator to handle commercial and/or residential projects from bidding to completion. This role combines accurate estimating with effective project oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Develop competitive bids from blueprints and specifications.
• Manage projects: scheduling, budgeting, crew oversight, and client communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety, codes, and quality standards.
• Handle change orders, closeouts, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roofing project management and/or estimating
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation.
• Proficient in estimating software
• Excellent communication, math, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license; able to perform roof inspections.
