Safety Officer

Job Summary:

Ensures site compliance with safety standards, promotes safe work practices, and assists in implementing the company’s Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce safety rules and site protocols.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and site inspections.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accident/incident reports and safety logs.
• Ensure proper PPE usage and compliance with DOLE standards.
• Assist in safety orientations and trainings.

Qualifications:

• With valid SO2 Certification.
• At least 1 year experience in land development or horizontal construction.
• Knowledge of DOLE and safety regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
