Sales Account Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.

2. Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, and presentations to promote the property’s services and facilities.

3. Developing sales strategies and setting quotas.

4. Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.

5. Handling complaints and negotiations.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.

4. Strong time management skills.

5. Computer skills, especially MS Office.

6. Preferably with leasing experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
