Position Overview
We are expanding our team and looking for an Account Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships by offering effective IT Sourcing, System Infrastructure, ICT, and Network Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of the IT industry and excel in communication and negotiation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Create and execute a lead generation strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct outbound cold calls or emails to potential clients.
- Qualify leads and establish action plans for each.
- Creating sales reports, pipelines, forecasting, and activity reports.
- Maintain and expand the organization’s prospect database.
- Handle customer complaints and objections. Create quotations and proposals for the client.
- Present products and services to potential clients, partners, and leads.
- Attend industry events, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and proposals as needed.
- Collaborate with various teams to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Perform market research to identify emerging sales opportunities.
- Deliver sales presentations that demonstrate how products and services address clients’ IT solution needs.
- Provide input on pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Manage the sales team's KPI quota and set goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Over 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the IT industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
- Solid understanding of the IT industry, including trends and technologies.
- Skilled in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Highly organized, accurate, and can produce quality work (detail-oriented).
- Excellent negotiation skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Punctual and possess time management skills.
- Possesses good initiative, is goal-oriented, and is results-driven.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Maintains a high level of integrity, confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
- Experience selling network or security products and services is a plus.
- Experience in any IT products and cloud services is a plus.
- Fast learner and have a passion for selling.
- Professional verbal communication and creative writing skills
