Are you detail-oriented and skilled in managing administrative processes? We’re looking for a dedicated Sales Admin Specialist to join our team and handle the administrative aspects of our sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process lease agreements and contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and organize sales documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant accounts, expenses, receipts, and other financial data.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure a seamless handoff and processing of sales orders.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed.
- Handle leads as required, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with potential customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Utilize StarRez to record and manage all leases efficiently and accurately.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, including Accounting and Housing, to ensure all lease documents are complete and accurate until tenants move out.

Qualifications:
- College degree
- 2+ years of experience in sales back-end processing or a related field preferred.
- Strong software skills
- Tech Savvy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Experienced StarRez user is a PLUS!

- This is a full-time position with ZUMA, and taking on side gigs is not permitted.
- Obtaining an NBI clearance is a necessary step for employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php46,000.00 - Php69,000.00 per month
