Role Overview
If you are an organised, self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced team, this is the ideal opportunity for you!
Your day-to-day duties will include working with sales management to coordinate schedules, arrange meetings and travel in conjunction with report preparation and other ad hoc duties as required.
Applicants for this position will need exceptional organisation and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
This is full-time, in-house role is integral to ensuring that the day-to-day operations run effectively and efficiently.

The Company
Established in 2001, Ashgrove Renewables brings over 20 years of expertise to the Irish renewable energy market. In 2021, we launched our Home Energy Upgrade division, which continues to experience rapid growth
This expansion is driven by the government's obligation & plan to upgrade 500,000 Irish homes by 2030, incentivising both home and business owners with generous grants.
In line with our strategy for expansion, we have purchased a larger facility which we are upgrading and will comprise of a warehouse and offices. The offices will be state of the art, including a showroom, training facilities, customer meeting rooms and virtual meeting pods to cater for the ever-growing requirement for online consultations and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and manage an active calendar of appointments, travel and calls
Compile all necessary documents for associated meetings or events.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of key meetings
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations
Create tasks on CRM, following up as required with the associated teams
Support the sales team with adhoc administrative tasks
Requirements
Excellent organisational skills
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not necessary
Exceptional written and verbal communication, including a professional telephone manner
Proficient IT skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and MS PowerPoint,
Strong attention to detail
Fluent English essential
