Sales Advisor-Online Sales Specialist

Leaders RPM is a third-generation, family owned powersports and marine dealership that is known for delivering an exceptional level of customer satisfaction to outdoor enthusiasts since 1982. We are Southwest Michigan's largest dealership and represent dozens of brands including Four Winns, Sea Fox, Yamaha, Centurion, and Sea-Doo.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Sales Advisor to join our team. This position is focused solely on sales through Facebook Marketplace, helping customers find and purchase from our current inventory. The role requires 2 to 3 years of sales experience—preferably in online or inside sales. Strong product knowledge and a personal interest in powersports and marine vehicles is essential. A Bachelor's Degree in Business is preferred.

The Online Sales Specialist focuses on driving sales through Facebook Marketplace by managing listings, responding to customer inquiries, and following up with leads to close deals. This is not a marketing or advertising role. It is a sales-driven position focused on converting leads into purchases and helping customers through the buying process. In addition, the advisor will occasionally be featured in product videos for Leaders RPM’s digital channels, requiring confidence and professionalism on camera.
