DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Lead Generation & Qualification (Specific Tasks):
- Targeted Market Research: Focus on researching specific market segments assigned by the Business Development Director. This might involve concentrating on a particular industry (e.g., education, healthcare) or client size (e.g., large enterprises, small businesses). Example: Researching hospitals in a specific region to identify potential clients needing IT infrastructure upgrades.
- Lead Identification within Target Markets: Use various methods to identify potential leads within their assigned market segments. Example: Using LinkedIn to identify key decision-makers at target hospitals.
- Targeted Lead Qualification: More thoroughly qualify leads within their niche, focusing on specific needs and decision-making processes within that sector. Example: Assessing the IT infrastructure needs of a specific hospital based on its size, technological capabilities, and budget.
II. Proposal Development & Presentation (Specific Tasks):
- Needs Discovery & Client Interaction: Conduct in-depth needs discovery meetings with potential clients in their assigned market segment. Example: Meeting with a hospital IT director to thoroughly understand their needs and challenges.
- Solution Tailoring: Develop tailored solutions for specific client needs, drawing on Corebilt's range of services and presenting them in a way that resonates with that particular market. Example: Designing a customized IT solution that meets the unique requirements of a school district, emphasizing security and educational technology.
- Proposal Writing for Specific Clients: Craft proposals targeted to each potential client, highlighting the relevance of Corebilt's services to their specific industry or needs. Example: Writing a proposal for a hospital that emphasizes HIPAA compliance and patient data security.
- Presentation to Target Clients: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients within their focus area. Example: Presenting a proposal to a school board, showcasing Corebilt's expertise in educational technology and network infrastructure.
III. Client Relationship Management (CRM) (Specific Tasks):
- Relationship Building within Niche: Focus on building relationships with potential and existing clients within their assigned market segment. Example: Networking with hospital IT professionals at industry events.

Qualifications:
College graduate of IT courses, or any related field
3-5 years’ work experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
