About the Role

Are you ready to dive into the high-energy world of digital advertising? We are looking for a highly adaptable and driven Sales & Marketing Intern to join our fast-paced agency. Whether you are fulfilling a university requirement or volunteering to gain a competitive edge, this role is designed to give you intensive, hands-on training in real-world sales methodologies and digital marketing campaigns.

You won't just be fetching coffee; you will be trained on the front lines of client success, lead generation, and campaign management, working alongside account managers and media buyers to deliver results for top-tier brands.

What You Will Learn & Do

Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will be trained hands-on in:

• Sales Fundamentals & Lead Qualification: Learning the anatomy of a successful discovery call, understanding client pain points, and shadowing lead qualification processes.
• Digital Marketing Support: Assisting with the monitoring and coordination of digital ad campaigns across major platforms (such as META, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads).
• Client Success: Helping account managers maintain strong relationships with brand partners, preparing pitch materials, and tracking campaign KPIs.
• Market Research: Conducting industry research to identify new sales opportunities, trends, and upselling avenues for our current roster of clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Equipment: Must have your own personal laptop for work use.
• Knowledge: Must have a basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts (e.g., the sales funnel, basic digital marketing channels, or customer relationship management).
