Sales Assistant And Merchandiser

We are looking for a retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase tiles, bathroom sanitary ware, and accessories. The successful candidate will also be required to deal with wholesale customers by phone.

Other roles include assisting with preparing merchandising material for our wholesale sales team, and installing it into the showrooms of our business clients.

Sales assistant duties include

• processing orders
• maintaining the upkeep of the showrooms
• assisting customers with purchasing
• answering phone calls and responding to emails
• tracking and ordering certain items of stock

The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and reputation through competent sales performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in tiles showroom retail sales
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Basic administration skills
• Full clean B drivers license
• Manual Handling Cerificate

Our opening hours

Monday - Friday 0900 to 1730

Saturday 1000 to 1400

One day off per week will be given in lieu of working Saturday.

Pay: €42,000.00 per year
