Job Description:

As a Sales Associate, you will represent our store, interact with customers, and provide an excellent shopping experience. Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively welcoming customers, providing friendly and professional service, and addressing their questions and needs.
• Understanding product features, styles, and sizes to offer correct advice to customers.
• Assisting customers in selecting suitable products, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
• Maintaining store displays and cleanliness, ensuring orderly product placement.
• Recording sales and inventory, assisting in managing stock levels.
• Handling return and exchange transactions and providing after-sales support.

Qualifications:

We are looking for Sales Associates with the following qualifications and skills:

• Strong interest in fashion and footwear products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing positive relationships with various customers.
• Proactive and positive, possessing sales skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently after training and manage the store.
• Able to work during busy shopping seasons with flexible work hours.
• Basic cashiering skills; experience with POS systems is a plus.
