Sales Assistant – Showroom & Office Support

We are seeking to recruit a proactive and well-organised individual to join our team. This is a diverse, hands-on role that combines front-of-house showroom sales with administration tasks and general warehouse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom
• Supporting customer showroom sales
• Material calculating and estimating
• Processing sales orders and following up on enquiries
• Maintaining showroom presentation and displays
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and customer queries
• Processing invoices and payments accurately
• Coordinating deliveries and liaising with suppliers
• Supporting stock control and general warehouse duties
• Assisting with day-to-day office operations as required

Requirements & Skills:

• Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous retail and sales experience preferably in similar industry
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge or interest in DIY preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Manual handling certification is desirable
• Full clean driving licence essential
• Applicants must live with a reasonable commute

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €28,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
