Duties

- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with a track record of achieving targets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects or coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and follow-through.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or related fields is highly desirable.
