RRJ' is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates, Stockmen, and Cashiers to join our retail team. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation and inventory, and ensuring smooth and efficient transactions at the point of sale. What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Assisting with the organisation and replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor
• Accurately operating the cash register and handling financial transactions
• Maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Responding to customer inquiries and handling any complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives
• Adhering to health, safety, and security policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
