Location: Switzerland (Zurich preferred, part home office possible)

Duration: 6 months contract

Reports to: sales Manager / account Executive

Languages: Fluent English (German/French/Spanish a plus)

We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fashion sales and business development, support our global operations, and grow your career within a fast-growing, pioneering brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a key partner to the sales team, assisting with day-to-day operations such as preparing impactful sales materials and organising client meetings.
  • Manage samples and orders, including creating line sheets and processing orders for both domestic and international clients.
  • Coordinate client communications, ensuring smooth appointment scheduling, timely follow-ups, and gathering valuable feedback.
  • Support wholesale and retail account management by maintaining updated records and tracking order statuses with precision.
  • Assist in sales reporting, preparing performance analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Provide general administrative support to keep the sales and admin departments running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in fashion and its commercial landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or experience in fashion retail or wholesale.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales platforms such as Joor, Shopify, or NuORDER.
