Sales & Business Development Manager

Job Summary

The Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by generating direct sales, developing B2B partnerships, expanding retail opportunities, and managing the sales and service teams. This role requires a highly experienced sales professional who can lead teams, close deals, and identify new business opportunities such as kiosk placements in partner stores and hardware outlets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Generation
Both in-store and field sales activities

2. Business Development, B2B

Expand distribution and brand visibility by securing strategic partnerships and negotiating business agreements with retail, hardware, and commercial establishments.

3. Sales Team Management
Lead, train, and supervise the sales team by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and providing strategic coaching to optimize closing rates and consistently achieve targets.

4. Service & Installation Coordination
Oversee the service and installation team by coordinating with sales to ensure professional, on-schedule delivery and seamless customer satisfaction.

Strategy & Reporting
5. Drive revenue growth by developing data-driven sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and delivering precise performance forecasts to management.

Qualifications

  • At least 3–5 years of managerial or leadership experience, with a track record of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in home improvement, construction-related industries, appliances, or other high-value consumer products.
  • Proven track record in closing high-value sales and developing B2B partnerships.
  • Strong leadership experience managing sales teams and operations teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in both field and office environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
