Sales & Customer Service Manager- Fitness

Womens Fitness Cork is a gym and fitness centre, catering exclusively to the female market. We offer a range a classes including Spin, Body Pump, Pilates, Fat Blast and more along with a full gym facility, personal training and nutrition plans.

Established in 2006 and with a fantastic reputation, Womens Fitness has locations in Cork and Limerick and Dublin. We are lookign to expand our team in Cork with a Sales and Customer Service Manager.

While experience in the fitness industry is an advantage, it is not a necessity. Managing team members to achieve their best is a key part of the role. Experience in retail sales management is also an advantage.

The Sales and Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and developing the team to deliver a consistently high standard and the role focuses on effective people management and carrying out clear processes.

We are looking for driven, dynamic people with people and process management experience to help us deliver a truly amazing experience to our customers and create long term raving fans of Womens Fitness. The ideal candidate will have successfully managed a team of over five for a minimum of one year.
