We are now looking for a curious and ambitious student who wants to complete their LIA or internship within Business Development / Sales and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing SaaS company.

What's the role about?

This internship is designed for students who want to build a future career in Account Management or B2B Sales.

As a Sales Development Intern, you'll learn how new business is created - from identifying opportunities to starting meaningful conversations with potential customers. This is often the first step toward roles such as Account Executive or Account Manager, where you take full ownership of customer relationships and deals.

At Eletive, you’ll be part of our international Sales team in Malmö, working closely with experienced BDRs, Account Executives and Account Managers.

You’ll combine structured prospecting, creative outreach, and modern tools (including AI) to identify new business opportunities and support our sales pipeline - with a focus on the Nordic market.

What you will learn

During your internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in:

  • How B2B SaaS sales works in practice

  • How to identify and qualify business opportunities

  • How Account Executives build and manage customer relationships

  • How a sales pipeline is structured and developed

  • How modern sales teams work with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn and AI

By the end of your internship, you’ll have built a strong foundation for a future career in Account Management or B2B Sales.

This is for you who …

  • Are currently studying Sales, Business, or Account Management (e.g. IHM, YRGO or similar)

  • Are curious about working in B2B sales and SaaS

  • Enjoy connecting with people and learning how to build relationships

  • Are proactive and comfortable taking initiative

  • Are structured and enjoy working with data and systems

  • Are eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment

  • Speak and write fluent Swedish and English

This internship requires authorization to work in Sweden and is eligible for academic credits as part of your education (e.g. LIA). We are looking for someone available for a minimum internship period of 10 weeks or longer.

Due to IT security certification, all internships and employments within Eletive require background checks that must be approved before start date.
