Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong background in sales. The primary responsibility is to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with other sales team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Fluent U.S. accent.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Workspace.

Additional Information

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Shift Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM US Eastern Time with 1 hour break.
  • Location: Remote
  • Salary Package: $3,000 - $4,000 + Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
