About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growth team. This role combines elements of sales and marketing, with a focus on generating valuable leads and contributing to our expansion plans.

You will be involved in shaping outreach approaches, refining messaging, launching campaigns, and supporting the sales team with insights from data. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities. You won’t just follow instructions — you will help create the processes and strategies we use to grow.

This is a high-impact position for someone early in their career who wants to take responsibility, test ideas, and directly influence how Intric scales.

What You’ll Do

You will help increase leads and support our market growth.

Your work will include planning and running outreach campaigns across different channels, supporting marketing initiatives that attract potential customers, testing new growth methods, analyzing results to improve our processes, and collaborating with teams to align strategies with our goals. You will also help set up repeatable systems for expanding into new markets.

It’s not required, but it helps if you have experience from startups or scale-ups, working with enterprise or public sector organizations, familiarity with CRM and outreach tools, knowledge of technical products or SaaS, or the ability to speak other European languages.
