About The Role
RECODemand is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help grow our sales pipeline by calling prospects, qualifying opportunities, and setting appointments for our sales team.
In this role, you will be paired with a veteran Account Executive who will help run and manage your book of business. Your job will be to create conversations, generate opportunities, and book qualified appointments that can turn into new clients.

What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to prospects and leads
- Qualify prospects based on their business, goals, and fit
- Set appointments for our Account Executives
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, texts, and emails
- Manage your book of business alongside a veteran Account Executive
- Track all activity, notes, and follow-ups in our CRM
- Learn and follow proven sales scripts, frameworks, and objection handling
- Work closely with the sales team to improve show rates and booked appointments
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment-setting goals
- Continuously improve through coaching, roleplay, and performance feedback
Must-have:
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Highly coachable and open to feedback
- Organized and reliable with follow-up
- Competitive mindset and desire to win
- Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
- Interest in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or business growth
Nice-to-have:
- Previous sales, SDR, appointment setting, or customer-facing experience
- Experience working in a CRM
- Real estate, mortgage, or digital marketing knowledge
- Experience with outbound calling, cold calling, or lead follow-up
Compensation
This role includes uncapped commissions, meaning your earning potential is directly tied to your performance.
You will have the opportunity to earn commissions based on qualified appointments, closed deals, or revenue generated from your book of business.
High performers will have the opportunity to grow quickly within the sales team.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
