LeTS Shared Services Inc. is an outsourcing company serving a US- based Tech Company. They are looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to cover the Chinese Market. The role of Sales Development Representative (SDR) focuses on generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers in order to schedule meetings and make sales appointments. This position is a Bilingual Mandarin and English Speaking Role. Key duties include outbound prospecting via phone and email, responding to all inbound inquiries from marketing events, and booking discovery calls between the customer and the account executive. Another essential part of the position is to maintain updated lead progression on Salesforce.com.
Training and extensive coaching are provided. This role is for energetic, happy, and tenacious people who will be working in a fun environment. They must be willing to learn, grow, with the capacity to earn incentives and bonuses.
This is an On-Site Full-Time Office Position located in Makati. The option to go hybrid or to do work from home will come after a few months.
I. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifying potential customers through research and outreach
- Account research and personalization.
- Determining if a prospect is a good fit for the company’s tech solution offerings.
- Contacting leads through various channels like cold calling, emailing, and social media.
- Responding and following up on leads generated from global events, marketing activities, and conferences. This includes Pre and Post Event Outbound prospecting.
- Scheduling meetings and discovery calls between qualified leads and account executives.
- Accurately tracking and documenting all interactions with leads in a CRM system.
- Daily and Weekly Reporting.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Work Experience:
- ·Minimum 12 months of experience in an outbound prospecting position or sales-related position.
- Basic computer skills. Basic understanding of using Apps.
- Basic understanding of Cybersecurity.
- Must have used tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Nook and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Must have been able to book sales appointments in the past.
- Excellent Phone and cold calling skills.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
