Sales Development Representative | Nordics

Procore is looking for an Sales Development Representative | Nordics, to join our high-performing sales team in Dublin. Our Sales Development team is an essential component of our sales model and has helped fuel our incredible growth for the past several years. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll develop an understanding of the construction industry and Procore’s products to help improve one of the world’s largest industries.

This position can based out of Dublin Ireland or Stavanger Norway, reporting into a Sales Development Manager. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Create new business opportunities to fuel Procore’s growth

  • Partner with an Account Executive based in Norway to achieve mutually aligned sales quotas each month

  • Engage construction professionals through phone, email, and other channels to understand their pain points and identify opportunities to solve them

  • Be empowered to operate beyond your role and help the team improve our process, training, use of technology, and any other aspects of our business

  • Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities for new business

  • Conduct daily activities, including

    • Pre-call research and planning

    • Make a high volume of calls per day

    • Follow-up with previous contacts (nurturing leads)

    • Maintain Salesforce records

What we're looking for:

  • 1+ years of experience in SaaS sales

  • Professional fluency in English and a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish)

  • Proven quota attainment record

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • Strong desire to build a career in Sales

  • Resilient and results-driven, with the curiosity and perseverance to succeed in a high-volume outbound role

  • Self-aware and coachable, able to take feedback and adapt quickly

  • Collaborative, motivated, and empathetic in your approach to work

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
