Sales Development Representative — Remote (Philippines) | Us Shift

About the Role

IgniteSearch is a digital agency helping local businesses across America get found online. We build professional websites, handle all hosting and maintenance, and deliver results — all for $99/month.

We are looking for a driven, articulate Sales Development Representative based in the Philippines to join our team on the US shift. You will be calling pre-researched business owners, presenting a live preview of their website, and closing them on our $99/month plan.

Shift Hours 8:30 AM — 5:30 PM CST (Central Standard Time, Texas) This is a full US business hours shift.

What You Will Do

• Make outbound cold calls to pre-researched business leads across the USA
• Send live website previews to prospects during the call
• Close sales and send payment links via email
• Track all call outcomes and updates in Google Sheets
• Follow up with warm leads and manage your pipeline

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales
• Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident, and professional
• Comfortable working US business hours from the Philippines
• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and consistent
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment

Compensation

• Base Pay: $350 USD/month
• Commission: 10% per sale ($9.90 per closed deal)
• Uncapped commission — the more you close, the more you earn
• Example: 30 sales in a month = $350 base + $297 commission = $647 USD
