Sales Development Representative (Sdr)

• Identify and prospect new leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and partner networks.
• Qualify inbound enquiries (website, referrals, marketing campaigns).
• Conduct initial discovery to understand logistics needs (order volumes, pain points, service gaps).
• Professionally communicate GO-GENIE’s value proposition and product capabilities to prospects.
• Arrange product demos and onboarding sessions with Account Executives.
• Support lead handover and follow-through to ensure smooth deal progression.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records within CRM and report weekly pipeline health.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure lead quality.
• Attend local industry networking events when needed.

Requirements

• Based in Singapore with strong knowledge of local e-commerce/SME ecosystem.
• 1–3 years’ experience in inside sales, BD, telesales, or merchant acquisition.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills in English (Chinese a plus).
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and achieving monthly activity targets.
• Familiarity with logistics or SaaS products is advantageous.
• Proactive, resilient, and hungry to grow with a scaling startup.
