Are you a confident communicator with a passion for closing deals and helping businesses grow? What You’ll Do:
- Meet daily with warm inbound leads who have already booked appointments
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points
- Present our virtual assistant services and offer tailored solutions
- Follow up with leads through email, phone, and CRM tools to nurture and close deals
- Set clear expectations and smoothly hand off new clients to the onboarding team
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a service-based or B2B environment
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable on video calls and presenting to business owners
- Proven ability to build relationships and convert warm leads into clients
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience selling staffing, outsourcing, or VA services
- Background in working with US-based businesses or clients
