Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead/Manager to lead our SDR team while owning the operational backbone of our outbound sales motion. This role combines people leadership with hands-on operational execution and requires a highly tech-savvy manager who can design scalable workflows, optimize systems, and ensure the outbound engine runs efficiently. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS or technology environments, deep familiarity with modern outbound tools, and the ability to balance coaching with execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to consistently hit outreach, qualification, and meeting targets.

  • Own the day-to-day operations of outbound sales, ensuring processes are scalable, efficient, and well-documented.

  • Build, maintain, and optimize automations and workflows using tools such as Zapier, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and related outbound platforms.

  • Oversee CRM hygiene, lead routing, sequencing logic, data enrichment, and reporting across multiple systems.

  • Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Excel to track individual and team KPIs.

  • Continuously improve outbound performance through optimized workflows, messaging, targeting, and experimentation.

  • Conduct and support outbound calling efforts as needed, including call coaching and quality assurance.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to align outbound strategy with pipeline and revenue goals.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience managing SDR teams and/or SDR operations, with demonstrated people management responsibility.

  • Prior experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven company.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and Excel, with the ability to build and maintain scalable workflows.

  • Proven understanding of outbound sales strategy, qualification frameworks, and KPI-driven performance management.

  • Willingness and ability to participate in outbound calling when required.

  • Highly analytical, organized, and process-oriented, with a strong attention to detail.

  • Non-negotiable: Candidates must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have experience working with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional outbound and CRM platforms such as Clay, Apollo, and Instantly.

  • Background partnering closely with RevOps or Marketing teams on lead management and attribution.

  • Experience building outbound processes from the ground up or scaling existing SDR teams.
