Sales Executive

Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction to support the company’s growth objectives.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Understand customer requirements to provide appropriate solutions and proposals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure timely delivery of customer requests.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
• Provide regular sales pipeline updates, market insights, and commercial reports.
