The Role: Sales Executive (Full-Cycle)
This is a revenue-driving role at the heart of our growth.
As a Sales Executive at Barespace, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle. From discovery to close, converting qualified leads into long term customers. You’ll be helping business owners make decisions that directly impact how they grow, operate, and scale.
You’ll be selling to creative business owners and entrepreneurs who care deeply about their businesses. That means strong commercial ability, confidence, and real belief in what you’re offering.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery → demo → objection handling → close
- Run high quality, consultative sales conversations with salon owners
- Deliver compelling product demos that clearly communicate value
- Build and manage a strong pipeline using HubSpot.
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Work closely with our Aftersales team to ensure a smooth transition post-sale
- Contribute to refining and improving our sales process as we scale
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in a sales role (SaaS or tech is a bonus)
- Proven ability to close deals and hit targets
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
- Experience using HubSpot (advantage)
- A competitive mindset and high level of self-motivation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Bonus Points
- Experience in SaaS, beauty tech, or SMB-focused sales
