Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Executive supports sales activities by assisting with lead generation, client coordination, and sales documentation. This role helps ensure smooth and efficient sales operations by managing customer records, preparing sales materials, and coordinating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of supporting both sales initiatives and administrative tasks. We value individuals with strong character, professionalism, reliability, and a positive work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and assist with lead generation activities.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients and follow up on sales inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, sales trackers, and customer databases.
  • Support the sales team in managing leads and monitoring the sales pipeline.

Sales Coordination and Administrative Support

  • Process and monitor customer orders and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and logistics to support order processing and delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, updates, and performance summaries.
  • Organize and maintain sales-related documentation including contracts, invoices, and client records.
  • Provide general administrative support including document preparation, data entry, and scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, sales support, administrative work, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Experience working with the Australian/Canadian/US market is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales tracking tools, or lead generation tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and work integrity.

Work Schedule and Additional Expectations

  • Must be open to working on a broken schedule or graveyard shift if needed, depending on business requirements.
