The Opportunity

We're expanding our Melbourne team and looking for ambitious Real Estate Agents who want more than just a job. Whether you're an experienced agent ready for a better platform, or a motivated sales professional eager to break into real estate, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prospecting and generating leads across multiple channels — digital, referral, and community
  • Building genuine, lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
  • Conducting property appraisals, listings, and inspections with professionalism and confidence
  • Managing the full sales process from listing to settlement
  • Negotiating deals that deliver real outcomes for clients — and real results for you
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of Melbourne's property market
  • Collaborating with our in-house marketing team to give your listings maximum exposure

What We're Looking For

You don't need to tick every box — but you do need the drive to succeed.

  • Background in real estate, sales, or a client-facing role (preferred, not required)
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to negotiate
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and accountable
  • Professional presentation and a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a tight-knit team
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Current real estate registration or Certificate of Registration (or genuine commitment to obtaining one — we can help)
