Sales Executive (B2b Training Services)

Salary: USD $2,000–$3,000 per month basic salary (depending on experience) + performance-based commission

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our portfolio of professional training courses and corporate learning solutions across Ireland.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong B2B sales background who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote and sell corporate training courses and learning solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales calls.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Manage the sales pipeline using a CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work closely with the operations and training teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client visits when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel within Ireland.

Desirable

• Experience selling training, education, HR, recruitment, or professional services.
• Existing network of corporate contacts in Ireland.
