Sales Executive – Cargo Logistics (With Experience) - Pampanga Branch

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts in the cargo logistics sector. This role involves promoting freight forwarding services (air, sea, and land), identifying customer needs, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate has experience in cargo logistics and a strong network in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell cargo logistics services (import/export via air, sea, and land).
• Identify and approach potential clients, especially in key industries (retail, manufacturing, etc.).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop winning sales strategies.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and pipeline status.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Assist in collections and follow-ups for outstanding receivables when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in the cargo/logistics/freight forwarding industry.
• Strong understanding of local and international logistics operations and requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (fieldwork and client meetings as required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
