Licorne Society is working for a digital acquisition agency looking for a Sales Executive.

The agency is a leading performance marketing agency based in Düsseldorf, part of an international group, specialized in high-impact SEO, SEA, and Content Marketing. Joining us means joining a cross-border powerhouse that combines German precision with a French flair for innovation.

With a team that is scaling fast, we are looking for a full-cycle Sales Manager to join our Düsseldorf office and help us dominate the DACH market.

The Role



As a Sales Manager you will own the entire sales process—from initial prospecting to closing the deal. You won't be alone: you’ll join a high-performing team currently composed of two Senior Sales who will provide mentorship and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and reach out to high-potential leads through multi-channel prospecting (LinkedIn, cold calling, events).
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire process, including initial discovery calls, identifying client pain points, and presenting tailored digital marketing strategies.
  • Closing & Negotiation: Master the art of the pitch and negotiate contracts to hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO/SEA experts to build technical proposals that demonstrate real ROI for our clients.
  • CRM Hygiene: Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline within our CRM to ensure reliable forecasting.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Experience: ~3 years of experience in B2B sales : ideally in digital marketing, or in SaaS
  • Language: Native German & professional English
  • Mindset: A "Hunter" mentality. You are resilient, curious, and motivated by performance-based goals.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Location: Düsseldorf or Essen
