Sales Executive Dublin

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at our Tile Showroom. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our wide range of tile products, and driving sales. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored product recommendations, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting the right tiles for their projects, answering product-related queries and providing expert advice.
• Achieve sales targets by actively promoting tile products, up-selling, and cross-selling to meet customer needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range, including different types of tiles, materials, sizes, and their applications.
• Create a positive shopping experience for customers by providing personalized service and professional product recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a polite, efficient, and professional manner.
• Manage sales transactions, including processing payments, issuing invoices, and updating customer records in the system.
• Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and ensure showroom displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Monitor showroom trends, customer preferences, and competitive products to provide insights for product assortment and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the showroom operates efficiently and that customer needs are met promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest tile trends and industry innovations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €30,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
