About the Role

As our Sales Consultant , you'll be at the heart of the action — listing properties, managing sales, and delivering exceptional experiences that leave clients raving about you (and us). You'll thrive in this role if you're self-motivated, target-driven, and love the thrill of closing a great deal.

What you'll be doing:

  • Generating leads and securing new listings
  • Running open homes and inspections with confidence and flair
  • Managing your diary and appointments like a pro
  • Negotiating skilfully with vendors and buyers to get the best outcomes
  • Keeping your database sharp and up to date
  • Preparing winning strategies for auctions and open homes
  • Staying on top of local and national market trends
  • Jumping into sales training to keep leveling up your game
  • Smashing your monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and councils to keep deals moving
  • Bringing fresh ideas to the table to help us capture more market share
  • Building relationships that turn into referrals and repeat business
  • Giving clients honest, reliable advice they can count on

What You'll Bring

  • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • A current Agent's Representative Certificate or Licence
  • Real Estate sales experience (or a general ability to bring the best out in people)
  • A genuine passion for real estate — outgoing, confident, and ready to make an impression
  • The ability to build rapport fast and make people feel comfortable
  • Resilience and a cool head when things don't go to plan
  • Sharp negotiation skills and a healthy dose of initiative
  • A team-first attitude, and respect for everyone around you
