Alcoline Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive (On-Trade) to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with key accounts within the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing on-trade channels, including bars, restaurants, hotels, lounges, clubs, and other food and beverage establishments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with on-trade accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
- Identify and acquire new clients within the hospitality and food & beverage sector.
- Execute sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and account development.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional activities with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure proper execution of trade marketing programs and brand activations.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance reviews.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment.
- Manage account receivables and support collection efforts when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the beverage, liquor, FMCG, hospitality, or food service industry.
- Strong network within bars, restaurants, hotels, and other on-trade establishments is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to travel extensively and conduct fieldwork.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
