Sales Consultant – UK & ANZ Publishing Markets

Do you have a passion for sales and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, rewarding environment? We are looking for motivated Sales Consultant to join our on-site team in Cebu City and help authors from the UK and ANZ (Australia & New Zealand) publish and promote their books.

No publishing background? No problem. If you have solid sales experience and a customer-focused mindset, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Contact and engage aspiring authors to introduce our publishing and marketing services.
• Recommend tailored publishing solutions that align with the author’s goals.
• Manage a healthy pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and closed sales.
• Hit monthly sales targets and log interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to ensure an excellent author experience.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 year of sales experience (B2C or B2B preferably in publishing, media, real estate, insurance, telco, etc.)
• High-level confidence in selling over the phone to international clients
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Comfortable working with customers in the UK and ANZ markets
• Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a team-player mindset
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu City on ANZ and UK shift schedules (day to mid-shift)
• Proven experience in closing outbound high-ticket or B2C sales
• Comfortable working with quotas and meeting tight deadlines
• Skilled in handling objections and resolving challenges under pressure
• The ability to start immediately; Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized
