Sales Intern (Fresh Graduate) – Job Description

Position: Sales Intern
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Duration: 3 Months

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Intern to join our team. This role provides hands-on experience across the full sales cycle from generating cold leads to engaging with prospects and closing deals. This role is ideal for candidates familiar with IT outsourcing services.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. No prior sales experience is required

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential leads for outsourcing services
• Make calls and send outreach emails to potential clients
• Make introductory calls and send outreach emails to prospects
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets

Eligibility & Skills

• Fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field are welcome
• Basic understanding of IT outsourcing and IT services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, proactive, and eager to learn on the job
• Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace)
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results
