Sales & Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to UK SMEs through LinkedIn, email, and social channels
  • Build targeted lead lists and manage CRM updates
  • Book qualified calls for our UK Head of Sales
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture potential clients
  • Prepare pre-call notes and lead summaries
  • Track weekly lead targets and report results
  • Support improvements to scripts and outreach strategy

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years in sales, appointment setting, or lead generation
  • Strong communication skills and confident spoken English
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred but not required)
  • Organized, consistent, and target-driven
  • Comfortable speaking with UK-based clients and business owners
  • Stable remote setup

Nice to Have

  • Experience handling UK or Western markets
  • LinkedIn outreach background
  • Cold email or cold messaging experience
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or e-commerce

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
