Parkway Nissan of Stoney Creek is growing and we are looking for Full-Time Sales & Leasing Specialist

The majority of our Sales Team have been here for many years, and we currently have an opportunity for the right candidate to join our winning team.

What you will do

• Sell and lease new and pre-owned vehicles, with a strong focus on used-vehicle opportunities
• Accurately assess customer needs and match them with the right vehicle and ownership solution
• Manage the full sales process from lead to delivery, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
• Confidently present vehicle history, value, and reconditioning to support pre-owned sales
• Follow up with prospective and current clients to drive repeat and referral business
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and dealership sales goalsStay current on product knowledge, inventory, and market trends

Qualifications:

• Valid OMVIC License
• Automotive sales or customer service preferred (although we are willing to train individuals with sales experience in other industries)
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Works well in a team environment
• Performance Driven
• High energy, accountability, and a professional, team-focused attitude
• Valid Drivers License
