The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to own sales execution and revenue growth across Silverfame Group’s portfolio. This is a hands-on role for someone who can sell, manage, and scale.

You’ll work closely with the founder on direction and targets, but you’ll fully own day-to-day sales activity, team performance, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution

  • Own outbound sales across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone
  • Run discovery calls, qualify leads, and close deals
  • Manage pipelines, follow-ups, and deal progression
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue targets

Team Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage sales reps and student ambassadors
  • Set daily and weekly activity targets
  • Review performance, call quality, and conversion metrics

Strategy & Process

  • Build and refine sales scripts, playbooks, and outreach sequences
  • Maintain clean CRM data, reporting, and pipeline visibility
  • Identify bottlenecks and optimise each stage of the funnel
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing to improve lead quality

Growth & Partnerships

  • Support partnership outreach and co-selling opportunities
  • Represent Silverfame Group on client and partner calls
  • Help launch new offerings and test new sales channels

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in sales or business development
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage a pipeline
  • Experience managing or mentoring sales reps is a strong plus
  • Confident communicator with strong commercial instincts
  • Highly organised and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Startup, agency, or outbound-led sales experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €30,000.00-€100,000.00 per year
