Sales Manager

Position Overview:
AC Rolloffs is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Manager to support the growth of our roll-off dumpster business. This is a hands-on sales role focused on generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating service needs. This position does not include direct reports but requires strong ownership, initiative, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and job site visits
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and residential customers
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide quotes in a timely manner
• Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate scheduling and customer satisfaction
• Track leads, sales activity, and customer interactions
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer retention
• Represent AC Rolloffs professionally in the field and within the community

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience (construction, waste management, or related industry preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working extended hours (45–55 hours per week)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
