Bolton Hyundai is looking for a Sales Manager to join their Dynamic Team.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:
- Responsible for supporting the Sales Consultants and driving a high level of performance among the sales team.
- Directs and schedules the activities of all Sales employees, ensuring proper staffing at all times.
- Motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of the Sales employees.
- Oversees the efforts of Car Sales employees to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.
- Ensures customer retention and profitability by recruiting qualified sales personnel.
- Establishes and enforces product-knowledge standards.
- Conduct sales in adherence to Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) rules and regulations.
What you need to succeed:
- 3-5 years of automotive sales management experience
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Professional, friendly and customer oriented with high emphasis on achieving a high customer service ratings.
- Strong computer skills; proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and One-Eighty (180) considered an asset.
- Must have strong time management skills, ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Valid OMVIC license in good standing.
- Previous Automotive Dealer Sales Management experience is an asset.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation (expected annual compensation): $100,000 - $150,000 per year (base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses). This range includes a fixed base salary and eligibility for monthly bonuses tied to individual results and/or department performance, which may be influenced by business volumes. Actual bonus earnings vary based on performance.
