We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional with at least 10 years of experience to join our Cyber Security Team at Accenture, focusing on Financial Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Cyber Security services, deep domain knowledge in Cyber Security, and proven expertise in the Financial Services industry. This role requires fluency in both English and Dutch, as well as a hands-on approach to driving opportunities, shaping deals, and navigating the Accenture organization effectively. The candidate must also demonstrate adaptability in fulfilling various sales roles, including bid management, deal shaping, and deal closing, while maintaining strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Origination and Opportunity Development:
Identify and originate opportunities within the Financial Services sector, targeting large, priority clients specifically in Banking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Financial Services industry and the Accenture account teams active there.
Demonstrate origination skills to uncover and develop new business opportunities tailored to the Financial Services domain.
- Cyber Security Expertise:
Leverage deep Cyber Security domain knowledge to engage confidently in technical and strategic discussions specific to Financial Services.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging Cyber Security solutions and regulations relevant to Financial Services.
- Deal Management:
Take a hands-on approach in driving opportunities through all aspects of the deal process, including origination, solutioning, and closing.
Shape deals within the Accenture context, ensuring alignment with organizational processes and structures.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of Financial Services clients.
Fulfill different roles within sales, including bid management, deal shaping, and deal closing, to ensure successful outcomes.
- At least 10 years of proven experience in Sales, with a focus on Cyber Security services and solutions.
- Strong domain knowledge in Cyber Security, with expertise in the Financial Services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with priority clients in Financial Services.
- Exceptional origination skills, with a track record of identifying and developing opportunities in Financial Services.
- Fluency in both English and Dutch is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to adapt your way of working based on different teams and stakeholders.
- Clear ‘driving sales’ skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of Accenture’s organizational structure and processes.- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions to deliver client-centric solutions.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align Financial Services client needs with Accenture’s capabilities.
