Sales Manager For Food Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Leads, trains, and motivates sales team to achieve company revenue targets and growth goals. Key responsibilities include designing strategic sales plans, setting quotas, analyzing performance data, and building customer relationships

Manage the sales pipeline & negotiations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Manager, often requiring several years in sales. Preferable from food industry.

Strong ability to motivate, manage, and coach a team.

Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to interpret sales metrics, market trends, and data.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
