Description:
What You’ll Be Doing

• Achieve sales, volume, and margin targets while driving profitability across key accounts and market channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and growers, enhancing brand presence in the market
• Manage grower partnerships, including pricing, returns, and clear communication on market trends and quality
• Oversee stock control processes, including inventory accuracy, rotation, reconciliation, and discrepancy management
• Monitor and report on performance, delivering accurate forecasts, sales insights, and timely use of internal systems
• Ensure compliance with WHS and Chain of Responsibility requirements, promoting safe work practices and equipment use

Skills and Experiences:
What You Bring

• 5+ years’ experience of sales and procurement in the produce industry
• Experience with managing grower and customer relations, pricing, forecasting, and stock systems (e.g. Ironbark)
• Current forklift licence and drivers licence (essential)
• Ability to work early hours (from 4:00am) in line with market operations
• WHS and First Aid certifications (desirable)
